I came across your blog when running a google search for danny haralson's program. Great job on finishing a 5k. I've created a deadline for Oct.26 to be able to run an 8k and before the end of year a 10k. I haven't run in years and have a few pounds to lose but I will do it. Your blog posts have inspired me.
